COVID-19 Our precautions to ensure your safety

Dear Valued Customer,

Our clients, both current and prospective, are highly valued and the reason that we do what we do. Keeping you and our colleagues safe is a top priority, so we wanted to share the steps we’re taking in response to COVID-19.

We have undertaken various measures to maintain a clean and healthy environment in our stores and ensure that are staff remain healthy. We are well aware that our business requires staff to enter our clients homes, and have undertaken the following to ensure we all remain safe during this period of uncertainty:

  1. Meetings with our staff to ensure they are absolutely up to date with the virus and its symptoms, and in particular how it can be transmitted.
  2. Providing hand sanitisers at high touch-point areas and at customer check-out; and importantly in each of installation teams vehicles.
  3. Providing our staff with dust masks, which will be worn at all times when inside client’s houses.
  4. Intensifying staff awareness of personal preventative measures to protect their and your health.
