NSPI Gold Award: Clifton Pool. The structure here was constructed by the Main Contractor, with Macd stepping in post construction to complete the picture. Our scope of work included the fibreglass lining, tiling, lighting, rimflow feature, filtration systems, and Blue Lagoon Ionizer and ozone units. The waterproofing here was of particular importance due to the pool being raised above living areas, and a dual structure was employed where puddle flanges had to be fitted all penetrations to ensure water tightness. The effort worth it in the end with the achievement of a Gold Award.
